Wallace Building Contractors was proud to contribute to the Frederick Street Social Housing development, a project designed to provide quality housing and support services for members of Wellington’s vulnerable community.
Delivered as a fully in-situ concrete structure, the development features exposed concrete walls throughout the apartments, requiring a high level of workmanship and attention to detail to achieve the desired architectural finish. Our team successfully completed the concrete works ahead of programme while maintaining exceptional quality standards across the project.
