Wallace Building Contractors delivered the complete design and construction of this modern warehouse and office development for GASK Property Ltd within Ōtaki's growing industrial precinct. Located close to the Ōtaki Expressway and key transport connections, the development was designed to provide a high-quality industrial facility capable of supporting long-term business growth and operational efficiency.
Our involvement encompassed all aspects of the project, including site preparation, foundations, concrete works, building construction, office fit-out, external works, and associated infrastructure. The completed development provides a flexible combination of warehouse, office, and yard space, creating a practical and durable facility suited to a wide range of industrial and commercial operations.
Following completion, the facility was leased to the Wellington Regional Council, with a customised fit-out undertaken to meet the tenant's requirements.
