The Brief
Wellington Studwelders delivered the ComFlor flooring installation package for Project 56, a major upgrade and annex addition to 56 The Terrace in Wellington's CBD.
Our scope included the supply and installation of approximately 4,200m² of ComFlor flooring, edge trim, and through-deck shear stud welding across two interconnected buildings reaching up to nine storeys in height. The project required efficient coordination and sequencing, with flooring systems installed at a rapid pace to support the overall construction programme.
The development formed part of a significant commercial building upgrade, enhancing the functionality and performance of the existing asset while providing additional modern office accommodation.
