Altair
The final 2 blocks of the new Altair development in Newtown, Concrete slabs and new 60m concrete retaining wall to the back of the development.

Whitireia Polytechnic
Subcontracting to Arrow International on the construction of two buildings designed by Athfield Architects and including environmentally rated construction systems.

  • HEdS New Concrete building including slabs and dycore floors.
  • E – Block Concrete slabs and ramps for the new E- Block

Monterey – Johnsonville
Concrete slabs and suspended concrete upper slabs to all of this 90 town-house development.

Salamander Warehouse Miramar
Main Contractor on the construction of a 1600m2 warehouse in Park Road. The warehouse included pre-cast concrete walls with fire-rated cladding above. And 300m2 of Offices.

Scenic Circle Hotel – Napier
Subcontracting to Arrow International on the construction of the new 140-room Te Pania Hotel on Marine Parade Napier. This work included concrete foundations, floor slabs and extensive pre-cast erection including all walls and floors of the hotel.

Shed R – Centerport
8000m2 building in Centerport using a 150mm thick post tensioned slab poured after the building was erected. Also 360m of 2.4m high concrete panels poured and erected on site.

Harvey Normans Porirua
4500m2 concrete slab and concrete columns to the new Harvey Normans store. Wallace also worked on carpentry in the store including linings and fire rating.

Countdown Supermarket – Upper Hutt
Earthworks, Concrete slabs and pre-cast panels, carpentry and partial fit-out of the new Countdown Supermarket constructed in Upper Hutt.
